Grace's Birthday with Daddy

We celebrated Grace's birthday a few days early this year since Mark left for a business trip in China on the 4th. I can't believe she'll be four in just a few days! I wanted her to be able to celebrate her birthday while he was still here so we got her some chocolate cupcakes with pink icing (of course) and let her open her presents from us. We'll have a party with the grandparents on Monday - her actual birthday.
Daddy's Girl
Her sparkly, twirly, Hello Kitty skirt. She got a matching shirt too - she can't wait to wear it!
She was so excited to have people to live in her new dollhouse! She calls them her "Barbies", which is fine by me because I'm just not ready for "real" Barbies. They'd just be laying around naked with ratty hair and I'd be stepping on their tiny little shoes all the time!
The dollhouse. I paid $3.00 for it at a garage sale this summer. It was in perfect condition! It normally runs nearly $70.00!! Boy did I get a deal - and she gets a great dollhouse!
The boys overtook the dollhouse the next day with their cavemen. Good grief.
Look Mommy!! I have PINK cupcakes!
Pink is Grace's absolute favorite color! She thinks that everything that is pink should belong to her. I just love my girly girl :)
