On the morning of the fourth we went over to my Dad & Diana's so the kids could participate in the "parade" around the lake. They got all dressed up in their red, white, and blue and rode in a wagon all decked out as well. Grandpa pulled them around with the lawn mower. Too bad it was raining and there were only about 15 people in the whole parade... Oh well, the kids had fun...except Ayla maybe - but at least she was a good sport! :)

Most of the fireworks were rained out but we manage to find some that were still on. We ended up running to Patrick's friend Coleton and his mom Sheri and sister Mckinley. It was fun to sit with friends and watch the fireworks - even if it was wet and cold!
