Here we all are all dressed up for Easter after church. Don't the kids look spiffy? We managed to get up have an egg hunt at home, get dressed and make it to church for breakfast by 8:45! That was a miracle! The kids had an Easter egg hunt at church too with eggs full of candy. There were SO many eggs. I think we had over 700 eggs for about 20 kids! Needless to say, I don't think I'll have to buy candy for the next year. The kids had a blast though.

The kids were so excited when the woke up and found that the Easter Bunny had been here during the night. He made them an Easter Egg Hunt with clues in the eggs that led to their baskets. They were so surprised when they each found an egg somewhere in their beds! They decided that that bunny was pretty sneaky! They found eggs in the tub, fridge, dishwasher and all sorts of 'unusual' places.

Patrick loved his new Power Ranger coloring book. He also got a little Lego car, a toy rake, bubbles, candy, and gum and silly string. Benjamin had the same things in his basket as Patrick. He even let Patrick build his car last night for him. Of course Patrick told him that he wouldn't let him be his friend if he didn't so that could have swayed his decision. Oh well...he enjoyed playing with his car even if he didn't build it.

Gracie had a Little Pony in her basket. She also got a coloring book, silly string, bubbles, candy, a ribbon twirler and a toy rake. She was so excited when she saw her pony with the cowboy hat!

Emma was glad to empty her basket! She got a new Tinkerbell bib, a
caterpillar toy, some silly string, bubbles, and some applesauce! She loved playing with the empty eggs too.
