Commando Baby

Yesterday morning was a crazy morning around here - as usual. I got Emma out of her crib and put her on the changing table to take care of her stinky diaper. As I was doing that Grace and Benny are standing right under my nose "I want cereal for breakfast, I want toast for breakfast, I don't want bagels, I want cereal..." and on and on. I was slightly distracted from what I was doing. So when Emma sat up on the changing table I picked her up and set her on the floor. Then I picked her up and put her in the high chair and fed her breakfast. After she was done - she was throwing a fit and I figured she just was tired of sitting there. So I went and picked her up and put my hand underneath her and noticed something strange....there was nothing between my hand and her buns.....and they were damp. Oops! I'd forgotten to put a clean diaper on her and hadn't noticed because she was wearing a night gown so when she sat up on the changing table it covered everything. At least the high chair only got wet....I guess it could have been worse :)
